We ate at one of our favorite restaurants in Halifax called Montanas. And there are few options out there for someone gluten free to eat so I ordered their Greek Salad and I was very pleased. So I came home and made one for our supper. My list of ingredients are: A bed of mixed greens on the bottom Divide everything in sections, I had 7 sections which include: Diced tomatoes Mushrooms Green onions Hard boiled egg Bacon Cheddar cheese and slices turkey breast. with a salad dressing on the side, I chose ranch (yum) It was a hit in our house! |
