Finally Winter

We here in Nova Scotia are use to hard, long winters.  So this winter being not like any other we have known, was a little strange for us.  So when we they forcast some snow for the weekend, everyone was actually getting excited, haha.  But as for the way this winter is going, it wasn't as big as predicted but enough to make everyone happy.  I for one have been happy with the winter just the way it was going.  Except for my tulips are starting to poke through the ground.  One thing for sure the snow and ice sure make for some nice winter pics.

Our full moon last week was called the Snow Moon.

Snow was far behind the snow moon.

Our first blast was more of an ice event where we live.  Pretty in the sun though, and no power outages.

They called for a few flurries on Monday morning, but it snowed most of the day.

So now all of the ice is covered in snow.

And so pretty.
