Apple Blossom Time In Annapolis Valley

I love Spring.  The trees, grass, flowers and everything else come back to life in Nova Scotia.  Also the ticks and black flies but we have to take the bad with the good.  The Apple Blossom Festival is a very popular thing in the Annapolis Valley.  It is at the end of May into June.  There is parades, princess's (which we had to honor for our daughter to be part of), duck races, fairs, barbeques.  Awww Spring.  I managed to get a couple pictures of the blossoms, they may not be here for the festival, which is a big attraction.  So here is a couple pictures of our beautiful apple blossoms, which the Valley is known for, along with now our Wineries.

The Apple trees are a sight when they are in full bloom.

They go through the process quite quickly.

I learned this week that the farmers don't mow between the rows for a reason.  It is because the bees are attracted to the dandelions that grow there and attracts them to the trees.  Never knew that.

You can almost smell them.

Looks like it is going to be a good crop.

I wish you lasted longer, your beauty is so bright.

As everything has a season in order to make it right.
