Baked Kale


I have heard so many good things about Kale that I wanted to try it. 
so when I heard of this recipe I had to try it.
 
You take your Kale and and break it off of the stem.
I put mine in my salad spinner and rinsed it off.
Put it in a bowl, sprinkle oil and some (or no) salt.
I put some sea salt on mine.
Bake in 275 degree oven for around 30 minutes.
Let it cool and store in sealed container.
It is crispy, melts in your mouth, pure yummy!
