Halls Harbour, Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia has so many places to visit to keep you busy for quite some time.  Even our local points of interest are never boring to revisit time after time.

This is a place you can sit and relax and watch the tides go in or out.  There is a restaurant and Lobster pound right on the wharf, and is very busy every summer.

Always beautiful on a nice day.

The tide come in here and fills it up.

Another view from the wharf.

You can always find a crowd here.

When you leave don't be afraid to take the other roads and see what else there is to discover.  Like Cape Split.  The only way to get here is to walk.  About 1 hr 20 minutes one way.  But the beauty is worth it, well at least once. ha

This is a view from a place called the look off on the North Mountain.  You can go there and look over the Valley, so beautiful.

I was recently in another part of N.S. and someone told me they loved the valley because of the beautiful farmland.  I didn't realize until then that we do have a lot of farmland here compared to the shore where it is more ocean and fishing boats.  So both is worth the visit.
